Tropical Cottage Units

Cottage 10 is a Queen Deluxe Cottage. It sleeps 2 people in one queen sized bed. The bathroom with updated fixtures features a large, tiled, double head shower. The kitchenette includes refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes. The cottage has a flat screen cable TV with DVD/CD player, AC and Ceiling Fans. French doors lead to the outdoor patio with seating area and outdoor shower.

Cottage 8 is a King Deluxe Cottage. It sleeps 2 people in one king sized bed. The bathroom has updated fixtures, granite countertops and a very private outdoor shower. The kitchenette includes full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, etc. The cottage has a flat screen cable TV with DVD/CD player, AC and Ceiling Fans. French doors lead out to the semi-private courtyard area (shared only with cottage 9) with seating area.

Cottage 9 is a Queen Deluxe Cottage. It sleeps 2 people in one queen sized bed. The bathroom has updated fixtures and a large tiled shower. The kitchenette includes refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes. The cottage has cable TV, AC and Ceiling Fans. French doors lead out to the semi-private courtyard area (shared only with cottage 8) with seating area.

Cottage 5 is a King Cottage. It sleeps 2 people in one king sized bed. The private bath has a shower. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, etc. The cottage has a seating area, cable TV, AC, and ceiling fan. Sliding glass doors lead out to a private seating area.

Cottage 3 is a King Cottage. It sleeps 2 people in one king sized bed. The private bath has a shower. The kitchen includes full sized refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, etc. The cottage has cable TV, AC and Ceiling Fans. There is also a seating area in front of the cottage.

Cottage 2 is a Double Cottage. It sleeps 4 people in two queen sized beds. It has a private bath with bathtub/shower. The kitchen includes full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes. There is a dining table and two chairs in the cottage and a patio area out front with a table and four chairs. The cottage has cable TV, AC and ceiling fan.

Cottage 1 is a One Bedroom Cottage. It sleeps 4 people in a king sized bed in the separate bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room. The private bath has a bathtub/shower. The kitchenette includes full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes. Cottage 1 has a covered front porch with seating area. The cottage has AC and cable TV in the living room and bedroom. *This unit is a mobile home.

Cottage 6 is a Queen Cottage. It sleeps 2 people in one queen sized bed. The private bath has a shower. The cottage has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, etc. There is a wicker settee and dining table with two chairs. The cottage has a flat screen TV with cable, AC and ceiling fan.

Cottage 4 is a King Deluxe Cottage. It sleeps 2-3 people in one king sized bed plus a futon. The bathroom is tiled with a large walk in shower. The kitchenette includes a full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes etc. The cottage has a flat screen cable TV with DVD/CD player and AC. There is also a seating area with a futon that can sleep one additional person.

Cottage 7 is a Queen Cottage. It sleeps 2 people in one queen sized bed. There are two small rooms and a private bath (with shower). In the front room there is a queen sized bed with bedside tables and a flat screen cable TV with DVD/CD player. The back room is a combination sitting room and kitchenette. It has a dining table with two chairs, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes. There is also a wicker settee in the sitting room. The cottage has AC and ceiling fan.

Room 11 is a Standard Room. It sleeps 2 people in one queen sized canopy bed. It has an outdoor private bath with shower. The kitchenette includes refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes etc. The room has a flat screen cable TV with DVD/CD player, AC and ceiling fan. *Room 11 and 12 have adjoining doors and can be rented separately or together.

Room 12 is a Standard Room. It sleeps 2 people in one king sized bed. The private bath has a bathtub/shower. The room has color cable TV, AC and a seating area with two chairs and table. *Room 11 and 12 have adjoining doors and can be rented separately or together.

Our 3 Bedroom Suite sleeps 8 guests in 3 separate bedrooms plus a pull out sofa in the living room. One of the bedrooms has a king sized bed and the other two bedrooms have a queen sized bed. There is a full kitchen and a kitchenette in the suite. The full kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans etc. The kitchenette is in one of the queen bedrooms and has a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Each bedroom (as well as the living room) has color cable TV and AC. There is also a fireplace in the living room. There are a total of 3 bathrooms in the suite.

Our 2 Bedroom Suite sleeps 6 guests in 2 separate bedrooms plus a pull out sofa in the living room. One of the bedrooms has a king sized bed and the other has a queen sized bed. There is a full kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans etc. Each bedroom (as well as the living room) has color cable TV and AC. There is also a fireplace in the living room. There are a total of 2 bathrooms in the suite.
